The receptionists at Five Oaks are absolutely fantastic, as are the GPs and nurses. My family and I have been with this practice for years, and the level of care and support has always been exceptional. The receptionists are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to assist, especially in emergencies.
For non-urgent appointments, waiting a few weeks is sometimes unavoidable, but that’s understandable given the demand. Telephone appointments might occasionally run later than scheduled, but this is because the doctors take the time needed to properly address each patient’s concerns. I’ve never felt rushed during a phone consultation or a face-to-face appointment.
Whether it’s a quick visit or a more complex issue, the GPs dedicate the necessary time to ensure you receive the best care. I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough!
