This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My order (FA-16792508), placed on 26/11/2024, has still not arrived. The way customer service is handling this is absolutely unacceptable—I have been completely ignored after my last emails.
To make matters worse, they have provided multiple conflicting delivery dates, falsely confirming that I received my order when I clearly have not. The delivery times mentioned in their emails are inconsistent, which is highly suspicious.
Additionally, customer service is demanding security camera footage as proof, refusing to assist me otherwise. This is beyond unreasonable. I will never order from this company again—this feels like extortion and is completely outrageous.
