If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was my second experience with Frontier, and it reminded me exactly why I avoid this airline. Frontier is, without a doubt, the WORST airline I’ve ever encountered. I’ve flown on airlines in developing countries that demonstrate far more integrity and don’t resort to such blatant nickel-and-diming tactics.

On my return flight from Florida to Denver with a layover in Las Vegas, I was told I hadn’t paid for round-trip checked luggage—even though I specifically selected and paid for round-trip luggage when booking. As a result, I had to shell out an additional $180 just to get my bag checked. Frontier’s business model feels like highway robbery.

To make matters worse, the seats are atrocious. The padding is thinner than a bus seat, legroom is almost non-existent, and the seats are narrower than anything I’ve ever experienced. They don’t recline, and there isn’t even a charging port for your device—let alone any in-flight entertainment.

This airline is a complete disaster. It’s 2025, and the fact that Frontier continues to operate like this is baffling. Do better, Frontier.
