I recently moved to a new area and completely forgot where I had placed my thyroid medication, which I take every morning. Despite searching everywhere, I couldn’t find it. After being without my pills for two days and feeling increasingly agitated, I called my GP. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly helpful, promptly answered my call, and passed along my message.
The doctor, whom I cannot name for review purposes, was as caring and efficient as ever. Thanks to their quick response, I was able to get my medication the very next day. I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication. I hope the team had a well-deserved rest over the Easter break.
