During the first COVID lockdown, I found myself homeless and struggling with an addiction to Class A drugs. I was placed in emergency accommodation, where I was visited by staff from GRT Chapel Street. They quickly assessed my situation and prescribed me substitute medication, which has helped me stay drug-free ever since.
What truly stood out was not just the medical support but the compassionate and understanding attitude of the two ladies who assisted me. Their professionalism and kindness played a huge role in putting me on the path to recovery. I am deeply grateful and thank them from the bottom of my heart.
