We recently spent a few pleasant days at the Royal York and Faulkner Hotel in Sidmouth, blessed with lovely weather. Our driver, Josh, was consistently friendly and professional throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.
While we found the rooms comfortable and the food satisfactory, we did feel that some staff members could have been more welcoming. Maintaining high standards of hospitality—regardless of circumstances—is essential in ensuring guests feel valued.
Overall, it was an enjoyable visit with room for improvement in customer service.
