My experience with Gumroad was incredibly disappointing. On the 11th, I purchased a product that came with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the product was buggy and completely unusable from day one. I promptly contacted support to request a refund, but several days have passed with no resolution in sight.
The chatbot support system is essentially useless, offering only generic, scripted responses without any meaningful assistance. This lack of accountability is frustrating, especially from a platform that advertises itself as secure and reliable.
This experience has left me feeling that Gumroad prioritizes profit over delivering quality products or honoring its promises. I cannot recommend their services to anyone.
