I wanted to share my recent experience with a travel agency that I strongly advise you to avoid if you are looking for a smooth and trouble-free journey. I booked four tickets through them on 12 March, but my ticket did not appear on the Air India website until we were at the airport on 8 April 2026.
Whenever I contacted the agency for updates, I received different answers each time. After spending over two hours on hold, I finally managed to speak with a representative.
Things got even worse when they demanded an additional INR 5000 per ticket, a total of INR 20000 for my group, just 15 hours before our departure. They threatened that if I did not pay this additional fee, our tickets would be canceled. This request came just hours before departure on 7 April, whereas I had booked the tickets on 12 March. This shows a lack of integrity and professionalism on their part.
I wanted to share this to warn you and others about their unethical practices. Please consider other options if you wish to have a peaceful travel experience.
