Our family has been with this GP practice for over 15 years, and I remain consistently impressed by the outstanding service they offer. The doctors are knowledgeable and thorough, and the administrative staff are always helpful and respectful. While appointments can occasionally run late, I truly appreciate that this practice never rushes patients and consistently provides thorough, compassionate care. The brief wait is a small trade-off for the exceptional service they deliver. Appointments are well-organized, communication is clear, and I always feel supported and well looked after. This practice sets a remarkable standard for patient care.
I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough. The level of care provided by every member of staff is truly exceptional. Unlike my previous GP experience, I never feel rushed when discussing my symptoms. Instead, I am listened to, given thoughtful advice, and provided with the appropriate treatment.
I must also highlight Dr S—his dedication to patient wellbeing is remarkable. He genuinely cares and consistently goes above and beyond to offer support and guidance.
The reception team is equally impressive—efficient, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients at Holmlands Surgery.
