My company has been a HubSpot customer for over 10 years. We’ve stayed with them through numerous platform and service changes, but in the last year or two, their quality has declined significantly. The platform has become bloated with features we don’t need, and their service and support have deteriorated to a dismal level.
In the past, we could rely on our account rep to guide us and ensure we were on the right plan. Now, we struggle to get responses and our rep keeps changing, and our questions go unanswered or ignored. Despite multiple requests to cancel our account, we received vague replies, ultimately locking us into another year of service we no longer want. To make matters worse, our current rep has been unsympathetic and unhelpful.
HubSpot once emphasized 'Delight' as a core value, but my experience has been anything but delightful. Adding to the frustration, our account rep has refused our request to discuss these issues over a call.
