This has been the most untrustworthy insurance company I have ever dealt with.
If you purchase your phone from a second-hand provider they do not recognise (such as Back Market, a major marketplace they still refuse to acknowledge), they will reject your claim outright.
I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max and, when I submitted a damage claim, it was denied immediately , solely because of the platform where I purchased it.
On another occasion, the back of my iPhone was accidentally damaged. Despite my phone having been previously validated and my providing clear photos of the damage, they demanded I send it to them for inspection before approving the claim. This would have left me without a device for several days.
From my experience, this company appears to do everything possible to avoid paying out.
I do not recommend taking out insurance with them, and I urge existing customers to review their policies carefully to ensure they would actually be covered when making a claim.
