I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care at Hyde Park Surgery. Throughout my pregnancy and now in the postpartum stage, the support I've received has been outstanding.
As a newcomer, I was unfamiliar with the procedures and best practices at the surgery, but the reception staff always took the time to guide me through them with patience and kindness.
In early September, I visited the surgery, and the reception team helped me secure an appointment with one of the best GPs I have ever met. I sincerely appreciate both the reception staff and the GP for their dedication and hard work.
I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the midwives and nurses—they are doing an incredible job. I truly appreciate them as a team.
