Terrible company and completely untrustworthy! We were expecting our order weeks ago, and after multiple phone calls, they assured us it would arrive on the specific day we requested. Of course, they never contacted us, and later that day, we received a message claiming they couldn’t reach us!
A week later, they finally delivered—but with the wrong order and damaged goods. After another phone call, they reassured us they would resolve the issue, yet we’re still waiting...
Avoid this company at all costs! If they can’t establish reliable partnerships, don’t expect good service. Also, steer clear of DIAKINISIS, the trade company they work with.
I am not happy with Ikea Greece
