Mixed Experience with CySEC AML Mock Exams
I purchased four mock exams to prepare for the CySEC AML certification, particularly given the recent syllabus updates. While the tests serve their basic purpose, there’s significant room for improvement:
Question Clarity: Some questions were confusingly worded. For example, a question asking for a "DD measure (action)" included answer options listing simple risk factors (e.g., "customers expect unusually high confidentiality"), which seemed inconsistent.
Lack of Feedback: The biggest drawback is the absence of answer keys or even basic scoring. Users can’t see which questions they got wrong, nor can they download tests to review results—critical features for effective exam prep.
Final Thoughts: Given the scarcity of updated CySEC AML practice materials online, I don’t regret the purchase. However, with clearer questions and proper answer explanations, this product could be far more valuable. A decent starting point, but not yet ideal for thorough preparation.
