I was scammed by a website I found through Kayak while booking flights for myself and my family. I purchased five airline tickets, only to find out—after the payment was processed—that they did not include any luggage.
During the booking process, there was no indication that the tickets were sold without luggage. I even have screen captures from a sample booking that show no mention of this exclusion. After completing the purchase, I received a confirmation email, but it also made no reference to luggage inclusions.
Shortly after, I received a call from a sales agent named Chris, who informed me that while the airline had processed the booking, no luggage was included. At this point, I am not even sure if we have confirmed airline seats, as the only confirmation I have is the order email—without any airline reference number.
I have repeatedly contacted the website requesting a refund, but their agents have been unhelpful. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel completely misled.
