There can sometimes be a long wait for the phone to be answered, but the doctors are very thorough during face-to-face appointments. The repeat prescription service is efficient, with medication usually sent to my pharmacy within one to two days.
We are fortunate to have excellent hospitals for referrals, particularly Moorfields for eye care and UCL Hospital, both of which offer unrivaled expertise.
While there are occasional difficulties, primarily related to coordination, these challenges often stem from underinvestment at a governmental level.
Lastly, this review system has its flaws, as it rejects capitalized words like "UCL," which can make writing reviews unnecessarily cumbersome.
