Klarna offers no real assistance when issues arise. They might say all the right things over the phone, promising to help, but when it comes to action, they do nothing. In my case, an item wasn’t delivered. The courier falsely claimed it was and provided a photo of a fence four doors down, claiming it was delivered to a "neighbour" with a name no one recognizes.
Klarna’s so-called investigation consisted of simply asking the courier, who repeated their claim that the parcel was delivered. With that, the investigation was closed, and I was told I still had to make the payment. It’s an absolute joke and a frustratingly poor level of service.
I am not happy with Klarna
