My experience with Leaders has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my feedback, particularly for the benefit of other landlords considering their services.
For the past four months, my tenant has failed to pay rent, yet LEADERS has taken no appropriate action. They have not issued any formal notices to the tenant, nor have they attempted to gain access to the property to assess the situation. As a landlord, I find it completely unacceptable that they have not secured a single payment during this period.
I initially opted for their Premier Service, expecting a higher level of professionalism and responsiveness. However, this service was abruptly cancelled once they realised the tenant had credibility issues—issues that should have been identified during their vetting process before the tenancy was agreed upon.
Additionally, I have faced constant changes in my assigned property agent, leading to a lack of continuity and ineffective communication. While the property is some distance from their office, it remains their responsibility to manage it efficiently, particularly as they receive monthly management fees. Their reluctance to visit the property and take the necessary steps has only worsened the situation.
In light of these ongoing failures, I strongly caution potential clients against using LEADERS for property management. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I sincerely hope my concerns are taken seriously.
