Shelly is a powerful yet gentle presence, radiating a strong, feminine, and loving energy. She is a highly skilled healer who dedicates immense time, effort, and care to her practice. Every time I attend one of her magical classes, I feel warmly welcomed and deeply supported. Her authenticity creates a sense of ease, and she holds a safe space for release and healing. Shelly communicates clearly and offers valuable guidance on my journey of healing from complex trauma.
When I visit her, she thoughtfully offers me a warm drink, and I enjoy assisting her in setting up the sound bowls for the sound bath. I feel incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work with her, participate in her sessions, and I always look forward to future healing experiences with her.
I used to struggle with a deep fear of darkness that would trigger claustrophobia. Before my hypnotherapy sessions, I couldn’t fall asleep without a night lamp on, fearing that if I woke up in the middle of the night, I would be in a state of panic with no control—only reinforcing my fear.
After just three sessions of hypnotherapy, I have experienced a remarkable transformation. Now, I feel comfortable sleeping in the dark, and if I wake up during the night, I remain calm and in control. Hypnotherapy has helped shift my mindset on a subconscious level, allowing me to face my fears and reclaim control. I no longer wake up feeling as though I’m in danger.
I plan to continue my sessions with Shelly, now focusing on relaxation and overall well-being. I truly believe that a relaxed state of mind is the foundation for healing and overcoming any hidden mental barriers that may be affecting health and happiness.
