There were a few minor glitches in their processes. As a developer, I understand that working with external services can be tricky. For example, Shopify kept telling me my Amex card wasn't working, yet charges were still appearing on my card—fortunately, they were reversed. Signing up for the warranty was easy, but I never received the document. That said, all of these issues were resolved quickly. Support is beyond excellent, I truly have no complaints.
Most importantly, I absolutely love my little Waver vibration plate and want to tell everyone about it. I've been gradually increasing my use, and it's been especially helpful for rehab from a back issue. I've also started doing more workouts on it. It's significantly heavier than I expected, so even though it's a mini model, it's not something you can easily put away after each use. Once I started using it, I understood why it needs to be that heavy. I have it sitting on two rugs, and the vibrations still travel through the floor, definitely something to keep in mind if you have downstairs neighbors you actually like.
My apartment is quite small, but I was still able to carve out a corner for it.
