I visited the clinic to address my daughter’s stomach and leg pain. As soon as we arrived, the doctor accused my daughter of lying and claimed we were making up a story, stating she couldn’t help us. I left feeling as though we had done something wrong by seeking care there. I deeply regret registering at that clinic. The doctor was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I hope action is taken to address this behaviour. Children deserve better treatment and respect—this kind of attitude is unacceptable.
