Do not fill out any of their forms. This is a scary practice.
I never formally instructed this firm. I simply filled out a form through Instagram, thinking it was an FCA website that was showing me how much I might be owed. When I realized this company was claiming to act on my behalf, I immediately wrote to them three times to cancel the contract, which is my legal right. Despite this, they continued to push forward and ignored my clear instructions to stop.
These people cannot be trusted. Based on my experience, I believe they are trying to take advantage of unsuspecting victims. I will be reporting them to the SRA.
