Lyn assisted me with an eSIM transfer and was extremely helpful and kind.

However, unrelated to Lyn’s excellent support, I would rate my overall experience a 3. It’s difficult to reach customer support—it usually takes around 20 minutes—and the online support options are not effective. I don’t make many GSM calls, just a few short ones each month, yet I often find myself unable to make calls due to insufficient balance, which is very frustrating. My family uses Lebara, pays the same monthly fee, and never has this issue.

The only reason I’m staying with Lyca is the availability of eSIMs. I hope the Lyca team takes this feedback to heart and works to enhance the real user experience.
