I contacted the surgery over a week ago due to cold and chest symptoms and received a same-day telephone consultation. Medication was promptly prescribed and sent directly to the pharmacy. Today, as I still felt unwell, I contacted them again and was offered a face-to-face consultation at another clinic. The service was excellent—kudos to the hardworking staff who manage such a demanding role with efficiency and care.
