I discovered Martin Vaughan Photography on Instagram and was instantly mesmerized. The dreamy, elegant style—full of charm and sophistication—told me I’d found someone truly special. Then I learned it wasn’t just one brilliant photographer but two—Martin and Debbie!
We met them at the Portmeirion Wedding Fayre, and they were even lovelier in person—warm, passionate, and refreshingly down-to-earth. Seeing their exhibit up close was a revelation. Social media doesn’t do their work justice; the prints and albums are stunning. By then, we’d already booked them for our wedding, but meeting them sealed the deal—we couldn’t wait to be the stars of their lens!
Before the big day, we had a relaxed consultation where no question went unanswered. Their communication was flawless—prompt, clear, and friendly.
On the day itself, Martin and Debbie arrived right on time and slipped into our celebration like old friends. Since we eloped, we didn’t have a bridal party to help with final touches—but Debbie stepped in effortlessly, adjusting my dress, fixing the groom’s buttonhole, and thinking three steps ahead.
Portmeirion was our backdrop, and Martin knew every magical corner. He had a clear vision but remained open to spontaneity, guiding us to breathtaking spots while Debbie seamlessly complemented his work.
