While on holiday, the staff at the practice went above and beyond to ensure I received prompt care before being taken to the hospital. The reception manager was exceptionally helpful in registering me as a temporary patient and made sure I was well cared for.
A special thank you to the doctor and nurse for their professional, calm, and compassionate attention—it was deeply appreciated. I’m now back home in Scotland and recovering well. Thank you all so much for your kindness and support!
