It was a pleasure working with Neon Contracts. The team there is incredibly helpful. They genuinely care about you and go out of their way to help you find a good job that matches your requirements and skills. Their communication is excellent, and they never make things difficult for anyone. I highly recommend Neon Contracts to everyone. Thank you for helping me land my first job in the UK and special thanks to Michael and Laura.
My name is Stephen Offor. I registered with this company over the summer. In September, when I called, the receptionist told me they had been trying to reach me but couldn’t because I had changed my phone number.
My issues began when I started calling for employment and none was offered. At first, it didn’t bother me, but after weeks of calling with no luck, I asked why I wasn’t getting any work. The receptionist explained that my registration only showed I had worked for a company before, and that wasn’t sufficient for them to offer me a role. I asked how to resolve this, and she told me to send my share code and passport. So I went to the government website, generated a new share code that only they could access, and sent it to them.
I then called to check if they had received it, mainly to see if I would get any response, since I’ve always been the one chasing them and have never received any feedback. To my surprise, the receptionist said they had received it. During that same call, on a Thursday at 8:19 AM, I asked if she could send me the email address via text or email in case I misheard it over the phone. She refused. Later that day, when I called again to confirm receipt of the share code, she said they hadn’t received it—and then offered to send me the email address.
I understand that registering with an agency doesn’t guarantee work. But I do expect at least some feedback or response. Every time I call, the receptionist says she’ll pass on my details and someone will call me back. I no longer believe that, because no one ever has. Honestly, this repeated cycle has made me feel like a desperate fool who isn’t taken seriously.
The level of customer service I’ve received from this company is terribly poor. I would seriously not recommend anyone work for or register with this company, as you may not be taken seriously at all. I’ve truly wasted my time with such a useless agency, and I should have listened to the person who recommended me to it in the first place.
I am not happy with Neon Contracts
Do not use Neon Contracts Limited. They completely wasted my time and money. I applied for a Jewellery Packer role, which I believe was falsely advertised. When I arrived at their office, they told me that position had already been filled and instead offered me a completely different job as a Powder Coater. They promised long term work and sent me on a tour of a site.
For that tour, I traveled one and a half hours only to be left waiting outside in the cold. After I said I was interested in the role, they repeatedly told me there was "no start date" and to "keep checking in." They never gave me a job and eventually stopped contacting me altogether.
They lie about available jobs and will make you spend money on travel for nothing. Stay away.

They just wasted my time, months ... I did the test and the interview and then asked me to go and see the employers for a tour. Then I called them back that I am OK with the job and happy start. Waited for months and never heard of them. I went to the workplace and asked if they were or are hiring, they said yes and some people leave on the same as they don't like the job. Useless.
