I posted an ad seeking help to fix my bathroom and received a response from a very pleasant man named Gerry from HGM Boilers and Bathrooms. Gerry arrived promptly at the scheduled time and took the time to listen carefully to my needs. I must say, he did a fantastic job! He repaired my tap, which had been spraying water everywhere, and removed my bath to create more space for my disabled husband.
The extra space has made such a difference, and I truly appreciate Gerry's hard work. He ensured everything was cleaned up afterward and took the time to explain all the work he had done. My husband was so impressed that he came in to shake Gerry's hand—a rare gesture for him.
