I had an amazing experience! The entire process—from applying for the job to the assessment and interview—was seamless. Vicky Miller was fantastic, keeping me well-informed at every stage, explaining what to expect, and even sending a thoughtful reminder the day before to wish me luck. The staff at the assessment were welcoming, and both the nurse and trust member were kind, which really helped ease my nerves. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service provided!
