If I could give zero stars, I would. The service I received regarding a £360 promotional offer for a new phone after recycling my old one was absolutely appalling. O2’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced—and that’s saying something. I was constantly passed around to the "relevant department" or cut off and forced to call back repeatedly. The entire experience was utterly disgusting. I will never, ever purchase from O2 again. Both their customer service and recycling team are completely useless. I’m sure this review will trigger the same generic response from O2, telling me to call their customer service so they can "look into it." It’s all complete nonsense.
