I have booked several holidays with On the Beach. While it's a budget-friendly service, my experiences have been mixed.
The main issue is with their virtual payment system for flights; it frequently fails, requiring you to contact customer service to complete the booking manually. Once booked, the experience depends heavily on the third-party providers. Some have been acceptable, but others have been poor, with terrible communication. A significant downside is the aggressive marketing from these partners, who often harass you with constant WhatsApp messages and calls after obtaining your mobile number.
In summary: it's cheap, but be prepared for potential hiccups and persistent sales tactics.
