The packaging and delivery were fine, no complaints there. But honestly, the food itself fell short. The format works well enough, yet my dog wasn't a fan of most flavors. Some of the pieces came across as too dry for her taste.
We tried everything the company offers, both treats and regular meals. She enjoyed most of the treats, but when it came to the everyday food, only one flavor got her approval.
As for me, I've made up my mind: I'm leaning much more toward not buying this food again than giving it another shot.
