I needed to return an incorrect item to the supplier and used Parcel Hero to find a reasonably priced carrier with a convenient local drop-off option. Among the many choices offered, I selected FedEx.
Although I dropped off the parcel at the collection shop on time, FedEx failed to collect it, leaving the parcel sitting there for several days while I assumed it was already en route to its destination.
Once I reported the issue to Parcel Hero, Mohit from their team was outstanding in resolving the problem. He tracked down the issue and ensured my parcel was delivered promptly.
A big thank you to Parcel Hero and Mohit for their excellent service! I’ll definitely use Parcel Hero again in the future.
