My 85-year-old father suffers from chronic COPD and bronchiectasis, conditions that have led to numerous challenges, including multiple hospitalisations with pneumonia. Without the incredible team at both Townfield and Claughton, I truly believe he wouldn’t be with us today. The care and support provided by the doctors, nurses, and reception staff at these practices have been nothing short of phenomenal, and I cannot thank them enough. The prompt attention from the doctors, the dedicated assistance from the nurses, and the kindness and professionalism of the reception team are outstanding.
