The free trial feels deceptive, just like other reviews have mentioned. I signed up and cancelled immediately, receiving a confirmation that my subscription wouldn’t renew after the trial. Thinking everything was fine, I was surprised to find a $96 charge a month later. When I reached out to support, they explained that cancellation required a second step, so they initially refused a full refund and said I’d still owe $20 for the monthly fee. After requesting a manager, they finally cancelled my subscription and issued a full refund. At least customer service was helpful in the end.
