I absolutely love these Petrolbricks! They're very reasonably priced, and the delivery was incredibly fast. I’ll definitely be ordering again once my favorites are back in stock!
I placed an order on December 16 and have been following up with their customer service, but nothing has arrived. I'm beginning to doubt the legitimacy of this company and would recommend avoiding them.
Update: After posting this review, they emailed me claiming my order is on the way and provided a screenshot of tracking information. However, the tracking details they shared have not updated.
Additionally, after I shared my experience on Trustpilot, they contacted me via WhatsApp, stating they would halt the shipment of my product unless I removed this review. This feels highly unprofessional, as I still have no concrete proof that my order is on its way, nor have I received a refund.
