I've recently taken out private medical insurance, even though it's a financial strain, because this doctor's office is an absolute disgrace and needs to be investigated. One doctor told me I had severe damage in my neck, yet the physiotherapist later claimed nothing was wrong. Now, I'm awaiting surgery to have two discs removed. Honestly, I question whether some of the doctors there are even qualified—it’s that concerning. This place needs to be shut down!
