My wife and I have participated in several programs like this one. We’ve been with the Pompa program for eight months now. Will Chaffin handled our initial introduction and orientation, and Heather Delaney served as our coach. Our new coach is Lindee Jukes. All of them have been very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. The supplements seem to be working, and we’re already noticing some changes. We also have some dental issues that we need to address, as they might be affecting our experience with the program. We’re looking forward to seeing more results over time. Overall, with the ups and downs, it’s pretty much what we expected.
