Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident when a Post Office van struck me from the side. I didn’t want to go through my insurance company—as we all know, even a non-fault claim can push up premiums. While searching online for an accident management company, I came across this firm. After reading numerous positive reviews, they seemed professional and reliable, so I decided to contact them.

I spoke with Richard, who was extremely professional from the outset. He gathered all the necessary details and efficiently set everything in motion. The service I received was outstanding:

My car was collected promptly from my home.

A hire car was provided—even delivered to my doorstep.

I received regular updates on the repair progress.

My car was returned fully repaired and even cleaner than before!

Outstanding service—I couldn’t have asked for better! My wing mirror was damaged and barely hanging on. I initially contacted Lookers, who scheduled an assessment with a two-week wait. However, a local garage recommended Repair it Smart, so I decided to give them a try. I simply showed up with my car, and within 30 minutes, they assessed and repaired the damage, leaving the wing mirror looking as good as new. It was such a relief to work with a garage that was not only helpful, friendly, and understanding but also treated me with respect as a woman, without any patronizing behaviour or overcharging. I highly recommend them!
