Outstanding service—I couldn’t have asked for better! My wing mirror was damaged and barely hanging on. I initially contacted Lookers, who scheduled an assessment with a two-week wait. However, a local garage recommended Repair it Smart, so I decided to give them a try. I simply showed up with my car, and within 30 minutes, they assessed and repaired the damage, leaving the wing mirror looking as good as new. It was such a relief to work with a garage that was not only helpful, friendly, and understanding but also treated me with respect as a woman, without any patronizing behaviour or overcharging.
