The returns process is an absolute nightmare!
While the initial order was accepted, paid for, and delivered quickly, the package arrived looking like a crumpled sack. I requested a returns label, which they sent promptly—no issues there. I repacked the item neatly, kept all labels attached, and sent it back with their tracked label.
Then, everything fell apart. No communication whatsoever! After emailing to ask about the delay, I still received no response. My refund only came through three weeks after returning the item—completely unacceptable for an online store. Shocking customer service!
