My experience with Rise was extremely disappointing. They claim to review KYC documents "carefully," yet they couldn’t even get my name correct—a fundamental detail. I provided valid documents clearly showing that Hoang is my first name, but they addressed me as Huy, which is only my middle name. This makes me wonder: Did they even review my details properly?
To make matters worse, their customer support was subpar. Responses were slow, unclear, and lacked any real transparency. There was no genuine effort to explain why my account was rejected. If a financial company can’t handle such basic tasks competently, how can they expect customers to trust them?
I would strongly advise anyone considering Rise to think twice before using their services. Very unimpressed!
