This airline deserves to be rated among the worst due to their dishonest practices. They charged me £55 at the airport for not checking in online, even though airport check-in has always been a standard option. When I tried to request a refund, they pointed to their "terms and conditions" as an excuse.

On top of that, the seats were cramped and extremely uncomfortable. It’s clear they lure customers with seemingly low ticket prices only to charge exorbitant fees at the airport for things like check-in.

Avoid this airline at all costs. Their tactics are misleading and unethical. They should not be allowed to operate with such poor practices. Absolutely the worst airline experience I’ve ever had!

Ryanair … Our flight from Kerry to Manchester, scheduled for 3:30 pm, was delayed significantly. We didn’t board until 6 pm, only to be informed after boarding that takeoff wouldn’t happen until around 10 pm.

While the fog in Manchester is beyond anyone’s control, the decision to wait until passengers were already on board—many of them delayed and frustrated—to announce an additional 3-hour wait was unacceptable. This caused immense distress, especially for families with small children.

Had we been informed of the extended delay while still in the terminal, we could have chosen to leave the airport instead of being stuck on the tarmac. This lack of communication and consideration was incredibly disappointing and highly irresponsible.

Our booking was canceled, and we were notified by email the day before, only to be moved to an unsuitable flight without any prior consultation. We were offered a full refund, so I completed the online form, as they charge extra to speak with someone directly. Since we had to book with another airline, we’ve now paid for two sets of flights.

I reached out to customer service via their online chat. From what I gathered during the conversation, the refund hadn't even been processed. The agent assured me they would handle it immediately.

Meanwhile, the flights they reassigned us to without our consent are still showing as active. We are now seriously considering legal action.
