I've been using Sainsbury’s delivery service since they invited me at the start of COVID. I’ve always been able to secure a delivery slot, even during lockdowns and the busy Christmas period.
The website is very easy to use for ordering and payment, though the search function can be a bit hit-and-miss. Impressively, Sainsbury’s has never made an error when picking items for delivery over the years. Any returns or breakages are handled smoothly.
The delivery drivers are always cheerful, helpful, and courteous, and they always call if they’re running early or late.
