This bank has been a nightmare! I applied for a credit card in August 2024 and didn’t receive it until October 2024. Despite repeatedly being told it had been sent, they eventually cancelled it and issued a new one. When it finally arrived, I could only use it for online purchases—contactless payments didn’t work, and the POS machines kept rejecting my PIN. In January 2025, they ordered another replacement card to fix the PIN issue, but as of March 2025, I still haven’t received it. This isn’t a problem with my mail service, as I receive all correspondence from my other banks without any issues. Terrible experience overall!
