I renewed my domain name, yet I received an email from the registry stating that it hadn’t been renewed and would soon be lost. When I contacted Site123, they told me to speak with the company I purchased the domain from... which was them!

Pedro responded, claiming they had walked me through the renewal process three months ago and advised me to follow the same steps again. When I did, the system showed the domain had already been renewed, but an error appeared. He then insisted I take screenshots, treating me as if I didn’t know what I was doing—only to admit he had no idea why the error was occurring.

Ben also had no answers but promised to check and get back to me. That was five days ago. I followed up yesterday and spoke with Sandra, who assured me the issue would be escalated as a priority. Yet, I’ve heard nothing.

Now, my domain is set to be frozen, and I’m at risk of losing it. The service has been appalling—unhelpful, unresponsive, and rude. Avoid this company at all costs!
