I’m really disappointed with the customer service at the Plymouth store. I bought a pair of Slipins in late June last year, and they’ve only been worn twice. Despite this, the front of one shoe is coming apart. I returned them to the store, but they said they were out of the 6-month warranty and there was nothing they could do. The staff were unhelpful and showed no interest, even though the shoes are still in like-new condition. A word of caution to other buyers!
