I visited Specsavers Bearwood on Saturday to return a pair of glasses I had purchased online as they were faulty. Isaac assisted me, and he was exceptionally friendly, professional, and informative. The service was outstanding—he truly listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained the process. Isaac ensured my replacement glasses fit perfectly before I left the store, making sure I was completely satisfied.
