At first I gave them five star review when I started my car insurance with them. One renewal they sent me the quote and before my yearly insurance expired, they came up with another quote with extra £70 and they started straightaway threatening me with bailiff - this is after I made payment for the first quote. When I asked why they increased my premium, they said they had to requote it again. Never trust these guys!
