Liz was absolutely wonderful. I needed to have blood taken on 24.01.25, and as someone with a severe fear of needles, I was incredibly anxious. I felt embarrassed because I ended up crying, but Liz instantly understood my fear. Instead of being impatient or unsympathetic, she spoke to me kindly, helped me relax, took her time, and was incredibly gentle.
