I’ve been a client for 8 years and have never had any issues with this practice. I’ve always been made to feel welcome, and any confusion between the practice and my GP has been promptly resolved. On one occasion, when I didn’t realise I needed to order a repeat prescription after leaving a detox centre, the staff handled it professionally and kept me informed.
There have been times when it was clear the team was under pressure due to staffing or workload, but as someone who has worked in hospitality for many years, I understand how challenging these situations can be. Let’s face it – NHS staff truly earn every penny with the hard work they put in.
